Its been an extremely busy start to the year in 2011 not only busy but it has been a very steep learning curve for myself at home and at work. I have two little girls taht are growing up so fast its untrue (they are even telling me off now!) late last year I was diagnosed with skin cancer which has been swiftly dealt with, we then launched Warehouse Lipo Lounge at the end of February which I thought would give people great results, it hasn't done that its given them unbelievable results and because of the resounding success we have been busy working away at franchising what we are doing here in Honley to roll it out accross the country!

After months of hard work from everyone here at the gym our new franchise is now ready to launch. "Sound Physique" will be opening accross the country and to celebrate the birth of a new company and to thank everyone for the support and hard work they have put in we will be holding a launch party. Watch this space and I will be postinng more very soon.
