Where shall I start? Well firstly the 2011 National Fitness Awards, we were really pleased to be finalists at the awards and it was an honour to be placed in the last 18 gyms in the country to be running for national gym of the year. This year it wasn’t for us to win but as a whole it was a fantastic experience and an achievement for a gym in a village in West Yorkshire to be up against some huge gyms and ones form city centres, with that in mind I think we had achieved before we turned up so well done everyone involved over the last 7 years for what we have become as a gym and community.

Well firstly its good to see us in the local newspaper again with them praising our short listing for the National Gym of the Year awards not long to wait now I will keep everyone updated via Twitter on the progress whilst we are there and I may even post a pic of me in my tuxedo.....looking posh as I usually do.........

Even though I always knew the lipo lounge would be an amazing success....... I must say I am taken aback to just how its gone....

.....thoroughly loved and enjoyed by our customers I wanted to share a few of their thoughts of their time with Warehouse Lipo Lounge.

May give you some insight into why the majority of them rebook further sessions after each course of 6 are complete!

Before Warehouse Lipo Lounge I had tried various diets that worked for a short time, but I always put the weight back on......plus more! Ultrasonic lipo was an unheard of treatment so I didn't know what to expect. I was grossly overweight so I wanted a miracle......

And a miracle is what I got from week one! I'm 73 years old the encouragement and expertise from the team at Warehouse Lipo Lounge was just what I needed. The main thing is IT WORKS! I would definitely recommend it to others because it does what it says on the tin.

When I first heard about warehouse Lipo Lounge I thought it was a little bit suspect and doubted the treatment would work. I had previously exercised but still wanted to lose fat from my thigh area. I have been getting quite a few emails asking alot of questions so thought it may be best to put the most common ones up here for all to see. If you have any questions that are not here then please feel free to email me martine@warehousefit.com

How soon will I see results?
Often results are visible with the first session but will improve further over the course of 4 treatments. Our trained technicians will assess the final result 3 weeks after completing the six sessions. Maximum results require at least 6 to 20 treatment sessions per area.

Will the effect be long-lasting?
The fat cells treated with Lipo will not return or re-grow, so that is a permanent effect. However, the length of time that the body shaping will last for is really in your hands.
How much you eat and how much exercise you take will also affect your long-term body shape. So if you take in more calories than you use, you weight and fat will increase and the permanent removal of fat cells from your treatment will be hidden by your weight gain.

What about future weight gain with fat moving to other areas?
This is a common misunderstanding. Following Lipo, should you experience weight gain or loss, it will tend to be proportionately distributed over your entire body. Once you have fat removed it is gone. Assuming a healthy lifestyle of proper diet and exercise, it will not return.

Are there any side effects?
Ultrasonic Lipo is an extremely safe treatment as it is non-surgical and non-invasive.

Is there any downtime?None. You can return to work immediately after Lipo.

What happens after treatment?
You will need to avoid alcohol for 4 days after each treatment because your liver will be busy processing the fat that has been broken down by the Lipo therapy. Also try to drink plenty of water and keep yourself hydrated.
Warehouse Gym will provide all clients with a healthy eating and exercise plan to ensure you get the best results possible.

How is the Procedure of Ultrasonic Liposuction Done?                       

The technician focuses a round ultrasonic amplifier around the area being treated which delivers ultrasonic energy to subcutaneous fat    

 During the procedure the ultrasonic waves bursts the fat cells membranes and so effectively 'melts' the fat.  The contents pass through the lymphatic system and then leave the body through the liver within 2 to 3 weeks after the procedure.
