    Ever wondered what all the hype is about personal training?

    Been looking at our personal training page and maybe thought, wow thats expensive?

    I would like to try it but im not confident enough to do it alone?

    Well with W.H.A.M, you dont have to worry about either. So what is this W.H.A.M im going on about?

    W.H.A.M is a group personal training session, there are usually 5 - 6 people on the course with one personal trainer, ok so it doesnt sound very personal, the beauty of W.H.A.M is that for those of you who dont like the idea of been in the trainers focus for too long simply you get to share them, also W.H.A.M is personal training at unbeatable prices, more about that later.

    It consists of an 8 week course, 6 of these weeks are with the trainer following individualised programmes designed to suit your needs and the goals you want to achieve and then 2 weeks going it alone to see what you can manage, hopefully keep it up! Dont worry the personal trainer will still be about for any questions!

    W.H.A.M is very very very very I could go on all day, CHEAP!  If you look at our personal training page it outlines the prices it costs, W.H.A.M is available to both members and non-members. The course costs:

    £45 for one day a week course

    £90 for two days a week course

    Non-members then have a supplement of:

    £34 for 1st course

    £55 for 2nd course

    £75 for 3rd course

    This supplement allows the non-member to enter the gym facilities out of their W.H.A.M slot, so essentially it's a gym membership for the 8 week course period.
