Variety is the spice of life and don’t we know it, with a class schedule ranging from early morning boot camps to core classes, spinning and boxercise we cater for almost every need. Please be aware that classes are charged at a small fee to members and non members.

During the class the instructor gives clear instructions and, as a group you travel on the flat, climb hills, sprint and even race! it is truly a fantastic cardiovascular class. The idea is to work with the music in short bursts of energy for flats or matching the tempo when out the seat for the hills.

    The great thing about indoor cycling is it can be done no matter what the weather, if you have injuries, no co-ordination is required and no matter what your fitness levels you can still take part.

  • Boot Camp is an early morning, high intensity circuit designed to wake you up, kick start your metabolism and set you up for a good weeks exercise. This class gives your whole body a cardio and resistance workout. Boot camp is not only an intensive workout it is also great fun giving you a wide variety of exercises and working in a group environment.

    Working as a group makes achieving the goals you want much easier due to the fact you push yourself that little bit more, along with pushing yourself the class instructor is always there to help motivate you one on one as well as the whole class.

    Not only will you notice physical changes from this class you will also benfit from the psychological ones such as:

    1. Relief from stress and anxiety

    Boxercise is a superb total body workout. Boxercise consists of working in pairs for focus pad based work and also working as a group for a circuit style boxing workout. The beauty of boxercise is due to the fact you are focusing so much on technique and hitting the pads along with combinations you can easily forget how hard you are actually working. Not only that it's obviously a great stress buster. The class is up beat, fun and excellent for meeting new people.

  • Core Workout is a class focused on your abs and all the muscles around your sides and back. All of your body's strength comes from your core, with a weak core you will struggle to exercise effectively and genarally suffer from back pain or back related problems. It is a common myth that exercising your stomach muscles burns fat from your stomach but by incorporating a core workout along with a good diet, weights and cardio programme you are well on your way to that flat stomach you are looking for. Your body's capabilities comes from your core.
