From a very young age I enjoyed sport and exercise. Tried most things until I discovered gymnastics - it was my life. Training steadily grew from once a week to 5 times a week it was hard work however the rewards were far greater.
Mastering different and difficult moves and skills after months of training, practising is the best feeling ever however the dedication and tenacity needed to be a gymnast has given me life long skills which I use (subconsciously) today.

After my 2 beautiful girls came along (just 14 months apart) I felt disheartened at how my figure had changed and also how getting to the gym and exercising was proving impossible!
That is when I came across Ultrasonic Lipo.... and much to Andy's (Peacock) annoyance it wasn't a gimmick it actually works! I lost 5 inches from my stomach after 6 treatments and that was with no guidance both pre and post treatments.

Spotting a gap in market Warehouse Lipo Lounge was born.... and after months of research, trial and error we perfected the '3 pronged approach' and provide clients with all the knowledge, skills and motivation to have a complete lifestyle change. This was a unique approach and resulted in Warehouse Gym being finalist for the National Fitness Awards.

I love seeing my clients change shape and slowly become happy with their bodies - its also satisfying to know that all the hard work by everyone has paid off - the business is a huge success and our unique treatment works!

Hannah and Tasha are amazing girls - the clients love them, their commitment has been invaluable in making everything flow perfectly every day.

Being a perfectionist I wanted to stand out from our competitors.......and we do!

We have just written the only Nationally recognised Vocational Qualification for the treatment - this has been approved by both awarding bodies however official certification will be June 2012.
Active IQ will accredit the sections included from NVQ levels 2 and 3 (Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer) and HABIBA will accredit the actual Ultrasonic Lipo/face lift treatment.

I am thrilled that Warehouse Lipo Lounge is the only company in the UK have this qualification - again tenacity and hard work pays dividends.

Full credit goes to Hannah who has written every detail of the 5 day course from scratch. This is a huge achievement for Hannah and Lipo Lounge.

I have always been a lover and enthusiast of the sporting industry. Playing a wide range of sports from Netball, Athletics to woman’s Rugby and was very keen from an early age. As my ability and skill improved I played at county level and when deciding what career to pursue, sport was always my main passion driving me to become a Sports Therapist.

I Graduated from Huddersfield University in July 2010, throughout my learning I have always worked in a health and fitness environment and worked for a number of sports teams.

In March 2011 I become a part of the Warehouse Lipo Lounge team driving them forward with my clinical experience and knowledge. With a passion to help others it drives me to teach them the information needed to live a healthy lifestyle and the job satisfaction I have of changing people’s lives speaks for itself.

Before joining Warehouse Lipo Lounge I had worked in the health and fitness industry for several years. I had always noticed that there were stubborn areas people just couldn’t correct with exercise alone. That’s no longer the case with Warehouse Lipo Lounge.

I found it refreshing to see Warehouse Lipo Lounge offering a natural, ethical alternative to surgery. So much research and understanding is allowing us to keep every client loosing inches.
It is so satisfying to see changes occurring in people when they are having treatment. Particularly their confidence. When someone walks in and shows their new top or jeans in a dress size smaller, you can’t help but be as pleased as they are. More and more clients I see have been referred by a friend who has had treatments. It says so much about the service we provide. It is such a compliment.

I come from a sporting background and I have played numerous sports at county and international level since the age of 6 years old. I have then worked in the fitness industry since 2001 starting at the very bottom and working my way up to a personal trainer. I work with tried and tested methods of exercise and nutrition that I have devised over the years with my own training, learning from others and then putting into practice with my clients.

These methods involve going back to basics and getting the most out of each session you have and understanding the relationship our diet has with exercise and these two work alongside the Ultrasonic Lipo Treatments. I feel the most important part of getting into shape is phsycological, “if your head isn’t happy it wont do it” so our philosophy is to have fun and make things enjoyable with the clients happiness of the upmost importance. Everything we provide at the Warehouse facility is a learning experience which gives you the tools to take away and apply to your home life which in the long term makes your health, fitness and body shape sustainable.
