Fitness has always been a big part of my life. After been brought up in South Africa, where sport is highly encouraged, I participated for my school swimming team, I worked myself up from school level to semi-professional level participating for my province.
At the age of 11 I returned to England and found myself interested in a range of sports from tennis to basketball, and at 16 I began to use the gym facilities where my knowledge and understanding of the industry widened.
Now at 22, I am both level 2 and level 3 qualified. I feel that getting the most out of your session is crucial in getting the results you want, so I push my clients to get the very best out of them.
Personal training is a more advanced method, looking into clients individual needs, wants, skill and goals. With regular testing and one to one training each client will find out, in more depth, about fitness, training and nutrition. Personal training is not all hard work; it is also fun and interesting.
