Before I decided to employ the services of Carl as my personal trainer I had tried running and dieting but my results were very limited with me only managing to maintane my weight but not make any gains. The results were great, my body fat dropped by one and a half stone, muscle mass increased which also gave me a faster metabolism to keep the fat off. Carl is a fantastic trainer who was really motivating, gave good diet advice and set realistic goals for me to achieve. I would recommend Carl to anyone looking to do what I have done.
