 Ever since the young age of 9 sport and fitness has always been important to me. I have always been very lucky to have people around me whom highly encourage sport participation. I started off entering school cross country races with no training and found myself winning, this pushed me to achieve more and in 2000 I joined Holmfirth Harriers athletics club.

Throughout all my school years I participated in many school teams including the hockey team were I also represented West Yorkshire, rounders, netball and of course the athletics team, as my training improved so did my level of ability and between 2002 and now I have represented, Kirklees, West Yorkshire, Yorkshire and The North of England on many occasions, I was ranked 3rd fastest in England overall for the 800m at my peak and 4th for the 400m in my age categories.

At the age of 16 I was introduced to gym facilities and circuit training at the Don Valley Stadium in Sheffield, from here I began to learn a lot more about the industry and my knowledge began to widen, this is when I decided a career within this industry was what I wanted to do.

Now at 19 I am both level 2 and level 3 qualified, I believe that if you want to achieve something then anything is possible with the right help, push and drive I ensure every single session is the best it can be which can only make my clients more determined and focused. I want people to achieve what I did, believe in themselves what ever their goals and remember hard work gives you guaranteed RESULTS.

Personal Training is simply as it states, PERSONAL, every session and every client is different, from needs, wants and goals, as your personal trainer I will tailor the sessions specifically for you giving you more in depth nutritional and fitness advice.
